Return Policy

1. Return of non-defective products

 

  If the order has been received through a transport company, the Company must be contacted at 2310680806.

  Returns are accepted only in cases of real defect, construction or not, error during the execution of the order (eg sending different codes) as well as in cases of proven in writing lack of agreed quality. The Company will then inform the customer about the process of settling the issue and will indicate how to return the product. In cases of defective products, the Company with its own care and expenses will replace the product and if this is not possible, a refund.

  The delivery of products in a different quantity than the agreed one does not constitute a lack of agreed quality. In cases of sale / shipment of a larger quantity, the excess should be returned without delay by the Customer to the Company and in cases of a smaller quantity, the Company will send to the Customer without delay the missing ones, without charging the customer.

  Defects/damages caused during shipment/transport are borne by the person who bears the relevant risk, based on the terms of the sale, i.e. the transport company. In case of damaged packaging, the customer is entitled not to accept the receipt of the product from the beginning and to request its replacement, after consultation with the Company.

 

 

2. Return of defective products

 

  To return a product with a manufacturing defect:

 The customer should initially contact the company for the defectiveness of the product, if possible, a photo of the product would help and then send the item to the Company for inspection by courier or by delivery to the Company's headquarters to determine the defect.

 If the defect is found, correction or replacement of the product is made, otherwise cancellation of the transaction in case it is not possible to repair the product. In case of cancellation of the transaction, the refund of the original purchase is made in the same way as the customer's initial payment, that is, if a transaction has been made through a card, then the refund should be made to the card and not by transfer to the customer's account.

 

  Shipping costs for both the return of defective products and the return to the customer of the replaced product are borne by the Company.

 

 

3. Right of unjustified withdrawal from the customer

 

  The consumer has the right to withdraw without justification within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product in accordance with Law 2551/1994 (as amended by J.M.D. Z1-891/2013).

 

 

4. Exceptions to withdrawal

 

  There can be no withdrawal in:

  1. Products which are not suitable for return, for health protection or hygiene reasons, and which have been unsealed after delivery, such as personal care items.
  2. Products on offer, discount items for the non-return of which the customer has been informed upon purchase.
  3. Products created on the customer's personalized order.
  4. Products that have been abolished or are no longer exercised by law, for the non-return of which customers have been informed during their purchase.
  5. Seasonal items, such as Christmas, Carnival, Easter or Summer, after the expiration of the specific time periods.
